Quick note: it ain't the brand name that's important it the flow.

I'm not up on what Fork produce but I expect it is freer flowing than stock and your power goals are fairly conservative so I expect it will do.

But I also expect you will very quickly want more and part of that upgrade will be a 70mm or larger exhaust (ridiculous name brand or not).

I'm guessing if it's a single and flow through muffler it may be slightly better than stock.

In summary, stick with whatever exhaust you've got but if you want improvements, go larger.

Sounds like a sensible plan.

do what i am doing and run a 3"dp to Y-pipe with one leading to oem exhaust and the other portion terminating with a 3" electronic cut-out!

all the massive hp of a open 3" dump at the flick of a switch, then when your done blasting, flip the switch again and back to stock sound levels for cruising.

best exhaust system of all time IMO.
