Default start up problem

i have a 06 s2k. turbocharged, 2mm head gasket, hondata flashpro, aeromotive 340lph fuel pump, ID 1000 injector, return fuel system. car runs good. only trouble i have is the start up. i sometimes have to crank it up two or three times for it to start. sometimes it doesn't start at all because i cranked it too long and my injectors gets flooded with gas. when i change new plugs it starts up fine but that only last a good two days and same problem again. i don't want to keep changing plugs every couple days. already tried new coil packs. that helped with the misfire problem i was having but still same problem with the start up. anything else i can do? please help!!!

Need to tweak on your cranking trims. In other words, it's a tune issue.

Definately a tune issue. I have almost the exact same setup, minus the headgasket and my car cranks better than it did stock. Tuned by jeff evans through an etune.

99.9% sure its a tune issue. however, there was another user on this site that had similiar setup to yours and he chased that gremlin for a long long long time. i cant remember the users name, nor if he solved the problem, but worth searching for his thread.

what ECU are you using? I just returned from Evans tuning and had a serious crank tuning issue with the Series 2 AEM unit. but no problems tuning with the older series 1 unit! I will say your situation sounds different though, at lease you can start your car. the series 2 simply refused to fire with mine!
