Default Stroker questions

I have an s2000 that currently has some issues that I will be posting about later, I just have a couple questions regarding stroker engines, and didn't feel like searching through the millions of threads concerning stroker setups. Has anyone tried using the k24 crank, H22 pistons and turbocharge it? I know inlinepro has a kit obviously I was trying to be more budget oriented and don't even know if it would still be cheaper after all is said and done with the build. What would be the advantages and disadvantages of these setups? And I'm looking to make probably around 500-650 on an undecided turbo setup, just trying to figure out the plan of attack for now. Thanks for the help in advance.

I wasn't aware pistons and rods would work with the k24 crank. I just found this write up on turbo mag.

We are going to be the IP F24 Stroker kit very soon.

But for your goal, I don't see the need to do a stroker kit. The 500-600whp you can do with a F20c & even easier on the F22c.

That is just my opinion.

What are you going to use the car for?

Street driving mainly.. Maybe autocross it on low boost levels. Just enjoy it, which is why I thought a stroker would be more specific to what I want due to higher torque numbers.

The torque is the enemy of the S2000 drivetrain So be carefull how much torque you are looking for.

But if is going to be for road race, then yes it will be smart to go with the F24 stroker kit. Try to kit the compression up.

H22 pistons cant hold any boost. RedlineS2k can tell you all about building a f24 and turboing it. Its just wortless..

Bust, I was hoping try would be able to handle some power seeing as how it was turbomag doing the write up. Oh well back to the drawing board. Keeping an eye for updates on the IP 2.4 stroker.
