Default Stupid question about turbo size 6265

Is the first part 62 the compressor inducer, or exducer dimension?

For instance a gt3076r has a 57mm inducer & at 76mm exducer.

I'm trying to compair the gt3076r to the PTE 6265, but I dono which numbers to match up.

So am I comparing 62mm with 57mm, or 62mm with 76mm? I know the gt30 makes less power so it should be smaller right?

62 is the inducer dimension. Its just larger than a GT35.

The GT30 is closer to the 5857 and the 6265 is I think a bit bigger than a GT35 I think its close to a 6162. Maybe someone can verify this just based on what I have read.

^^I believe you are pretty close to right on the money but the billet wheels of the Precisions still out perform the old GT turbo's even if they have the same size compressor.
