Default Suggestions for turbo on built motor

Well I finally got a hold of a good S2k to start a turbo build with. I’m in the planning stages and could really use some input from you guys! My goal is to reach 500whp (or higher) with oem fuel system on 93 octane. The car is an 03 AP1 with 49xxx original miles. However, this engine has been built already by the previous owner with the following:
-Pauter Forged I beams
-CP Pistons (9.0:1 CR)
-Darton closed deck wet sleeves
-ARP Studs, Bolts
-ACL Bearings
-Balance/Blueprint Block
-Polished Crank

It also has a new Clutchmasters clutch and flywheel, as well as a high-flow cat and Invidia Q300. All the engine and transmission upgrades have ~1k miles on them.

I’m currently considering the Trackforged kit with a Garrett GTX3076R. Along with that will come 1000cc injectors, aeromotive fuel pump and AEM ecu. I don’t want to go crazy with gauges but I know at minimum I’ll need a wideband air/fuel and of course boost gauge.

From my understanding, the 9:1 compression ratio should allow for a larger amount of boost without risk of detonation or knock, but I am still a little confused on this. According to the owner, it was built to handle 900hp. But I still need to run on 93 pump gas, and I’d like to avoid changing the fuel system out, as well as avoid water/meth injection.

So all that being said…
-What horsepower goals can I realistically achieve? Is 500hp conservative or pushing it without upgrading fuel rails etc.?
-What psi will the motor likely be able to handle at it’s current build?
-What other supporting mods am I leaving out that you would suggest?

Maybe a gtx3576 which includes the larger 35r exhaust wheel with a t4 exhaust housing? Might help push the powerband higher in the rpm range and keep boost/torque down since you want pump gas.

There were a couple of people with Full Race kits pushing a GT3076R over 500 whp on pump gas. The GT3582R or GTX3576R seems to be an easier turbo to get there with though.

Should hit around 500-550whp on pump without much of a detonation issue, I have a built 9.5:1 block and built it to make as much power as I can on pump aswell. Just got the motor back in the car and running it na to break it in and make sure everythings all good then come winter well see what she'll make. Deff go with a gtx35 or 6262 size to giv3 you headroom like everyone else said
