Set up is complete! These are some pictures I snapped before finishing the last bit of the fuel system.

get a garrett ic core and make your own ic end tanks

also there is a new s400sx that just came out or is coming out within a week so might want to search around a bit. its a 67mm but capable of what most 72mm are making. i have a billet gt4272 and im even thinking about switching to this turbo.

I was going to cool and reinforce the trans for now then replace it when it breaks, haha. I like this turbo because its basically as efficient as an efr so for now it should fit my needs. A twin disc should hold the power I plan to make (800 wheel) is there a specific brand that's street friendly? Haha

Yeah I was going to use a cc or clutchmasters twin. I also want to prevent the overheating problems now, rather han deal with them after they occur! Any cooling suggestions? The manifold is jet coated wrapped in fiberglass and sprayed with silicone, the downpipe is wraped twice and sprayed, I have a koyo radiator withan spal fanshroud, most of my lines are steel braided and/or silicone, Im running e85 and this turbo runs way cooler than the small one, battery is in the trunk, fuse box is sqeezed into the corner of the bay whit the power steering module underneath it, ill be fabricating a heat shiled/box for the fuse box, turbo and vtec solenoid, aftermarket thermostat and fans tripped early. I also have a radiator cooling plate and vented hood, but am looking to switch back to oem/oem style hood and find out a good way to rout air to the turbo and radiator.

I've chosen a Borg Warner S400sx 73/83 1.25 and a custom T4 divided manifold courtesy of LJ at Full Blown Motorsports. I also have their complete fuel system to run E85. Other parts I've compiled include the InlinePro r200 diff kit, a set of wide enkei rfp1's, and a Turbosmart race port. I'll be using a custom 4" downpipe either run open or with a straight pipe. This will be tuned on AEM 2. I need first off, to remove the front cross beam and replace it with something, any suggestions? Also, hoses from the heater core need to be relocated? But, I may be able to just wrap them. I also need a good intercooler, preferably one with end tanks designed to fit our bumper. I'd like to hear any thoughts on ways to make this go as smoothly as possible! Thanks.
You listed the turbo incorrectly, and Im trying to figure out which one you are talking about. I think you mean the S300SX 83/75, but Im not positive. If thats what you mean, it will absolutely not make near 800whp, its more of a 625whp turbo (at full tilt). Do you know the compressor size of the turbo you want to use?
