whoops, i completely forgot about this thread.

Sarek -- yeah, I actually am thinking about going with the Q300 dual or Fujitsubo Legalis R... I know, I'm going to lose power, but i'd rather trade 15-20 whp to keep my hearing intact and I'm not a fan of loud exhausts. Ideally, I'd want an exhaust just like yours. (If you ever want to sell it, let me know! ) Unfortunately, I just don't have the time right now so I need to go with a bolt on application.

A few updates in case anyone is still interested:
- My q300 70mm single drones like hell. When cruising on the highway, it's not enjoyable to drive at all. It's funny because the exhaust is so quiet outside of the car and fine around town, but cruising at 3-4k there's just so much drone. I'm thinking about going with the ones mentioned above (Q300 dual or FLR). If you have either with a turbo, please feel free to chime in. I imagine I'm going to lose around 20 whp at 14 psi.. hopefully not more.

- Got tuned last month at Evans off the wastegate (7 psi) creeping to around 10-11 psi at redline and made 430 whp / 300 wtq, Jeff said he could get another 20 or so whp out of it, but we decided to stop there.

- I picked up a Haltech Pro Plugin and will be going back for another tune hopefully at around 14 psi and the new exhaust setup in a few weeks.

Oh, also have a bunch of install pics that I'll post up soon.

I had the Fujitsubo Legalis R with a 63.5mm Berk HFC and the Greddy turbo kit. (I know, that doesn't really count. ) It was perfect. Never loud, never droned, but deep, mean, and just slightly audible. I miss that combo!

cool man, thanks for the input.. thats' what I needed to hear.. how much power loss do you think it will result in?

torn between the q300 dual or FLR.. from what i've heard there is a slight bit of drone on the q300 dual NA.

From a power standpoint, the Fuji seemed comparable to stock. So whatever gains your current setup has over stock will be lost... But it's definitely worth it to be able to enjoy the sound of the car.

we have similar tastes. I bought the FLR when stock and loved the subtle sporty sound over stock. Was loud in a nice way when in vtec and very enjoyable on the fwy. You can always add a cut out later and have 2 different exhausts at a flip of a switch, or my case, psi threshold.

K-Pro....with all of the sensors connected correctly and readiness set can / will actually pass an emissions test when the DOT guy just plugs into the scan port. K-pro has a setting inside of the software that asks if you want to have the ECU monitor emissions related functions...just set it to "no" and you're good to go. Not withstanding visual under the hood or exhaust CAT inspection.
