DeadZero, What is the max boost (at intake manifold) you are getting at 8,900 rpm with the 3.2" pulley? What State are you in?
Using the 7 psi pulley, I am getting 6.5 psi at 8,800 rpm (Comptech S/C & A/C) for 295 rwhp (stock exhaust system/no AEM EMS) on my '02S.

can you run Meth without doing any tuning and see a gain on a car which was already running very well? or is it more of a bandaid fix to keep things safe when your pushing the limits?

You could run METH without a tune, you would probably stay right where you were HP wise, might gain a few HP, but might lose some as well (super rich). But it would do wonders for Detonation prevention and dropping intake temps. AEM even says right on the box that in order to gain power out of the kit it is required to advance timing etc.........

You need to re-tune for W/M injection! It's not a bandied fix either, it basically like running higher octane fuel. So you can run more boost, or more timing safely.

gotchya. Might be a good way to run a KW car @ 12 or 14psi and keep the oem HG. might be the secret to hit 400-450whp with the 'highboost kit'
