Hi Guys..I'm looking at superchargers for my 2006 2.0L UK Spec S2000 and i like the idea of a centrifugal sc and i'm looking at Vortech. However i can't see they make a sc for the 2.0L engine. They only seem to have one listed for the 2.2L. Any suggestions on some good superchargers out there?
Also with these bolt on sc kits do i need to do anything to the engine or can i leave it stock. I have been told i need to change the pistons to lower the compression??

You already created this thread and it got moved to Forced Induction. The biggest difference between 2.0 and 2.2 is pulley size, the kit itself will bolt up exactly the same. Just make sure you have the proper pulley for your desired boost/power level. You don't need to lower compression, a 300 - 400 whp SC will be very reliable. If you want more than a base kit then you will need larger injectors and some type of fuel management. I like the Science of Speed kit myself because they are local to me and have extensive S2000 experience. The mounting system is a little more robust than the Comptech kit I had. Vortech, Comptech, SOS, all pretty much the same and would fit your needs.
