Hey guys, I am soon to be spraying my 00 with a 75 wet shot from a Zex kit. I was wondering about the possibilities of also spraying water meth to keep engine temps down, up octane and maybe get some gains with a tune? Any relevance or point in doing this? Any gains to be had? For reference, 00 s2000, intake, 4-1 header, exhaust, 75-shot wet kit, and MAYBE Spoon thin HG, tuned on either Emanage ultimate or EMS v1

Nitrous will take the place of methanol, it cools the intake charge and also adds power.

For the love of all that is holy, when will people stop trying to replace the damn head gasket on this car for NA builds?

 

Leave head gasket alone, I would use the water/meth as a safety barrier more than something to gain more power. Hell the nitrous will freeze that water most likely in the intake mani LOL ...use the ems NOT emanage. Bigger injectors would help when the nitrous come to curve the lean spike ( fuel pressure drop )

 

stock head gasket for sure no matter what power level i am toying with the idea of a small nitrous shot on my comptech sc qith 9-12 psi boost id1000,s aemv1 ems like a sneaky pete small bottles dry kit maybe a jet in the air box as i already have water meth spraying into the aftercooler thought the nitrous might cool the supercharger and not freeze the water meth sorry for thread jacking i would run at least 50% methanol in the mix to control detonation and lessen the possibility of the water flash freezing which i doubt would happen hope some of you can throw out some ideas
