Don't run the 7 PSI pulley WITHOUT the AC.

RAT
why?

it depens on A/F tuning, AusS2000 has been runnnig 8 lbs without AC for more than a year using a emange for tuning.

AC will increase your posibilities of runing poor.

If you do not have any tuner next to you as well as a dyno I will keep your set up and buy a 4.57 final ratio for more punch.

You think the gears will make that much of a difference?

I've heard stories of 4.88 gears outrunning supercharged S's.

Damn I need some 4.88's
A good driver with 4.77's might be able to out drive a S/C S while under 100 mph, but anything over that there is no contest.

Get the gears.

You need to buy a Wideband O2 meter before you start thinking about changing the pulley size. With that you can tune it on the street and adjust your FMU accordingly. By the way thanks XV for adding this sub Forum.

of course.

Gears is the best mod for the S2000 and it is not expensive. Best bang for the $

I have 4.44's, but I dont think they distribute them anymore. 4.57's would be best. You wont loose top end by much. You will just be at a higher rpm in each gear compared to stock.

I did a bit of research and I think it will be 4.57 also. What about speedo and tach correction, what is involved with that?
