Default Supercharger VS Turbo

First off, THIS IS NOT THE PROS OR CONS OF A SUPERCHARGER/TURBO. I know all i need to know in that department.

So anyways, I am looking for opinions, i am looking to boost sometime around December and i was pretty dead set on Turbo. Well after one of my friends wrecked his turbo 240sx, i got to talking about why he lost control, he claims boost spiked coming out of a turn etc.
So my question to all of you boost gurus, if i want to keep my cars handling within reason, since its the best part of an s2000 , would a turbo completely kill it, or would i be fine? I understand the "boost kick" can torque out the rear end (My turbo gsr was awful for torque steer), but im curious if anyone actually tracks or does events with a turbo car? Wonder how big of a difference one is from the other in the handling category.

Cars are completely uncontrollable when turbo. It's not like any drift cars are turbod.

Honestly I agree with these two guys, blaming boost spike is a cop out, but to answer your question, if you want to keep the predictability of the s2000 with just some more power, go supercharged.

Hmmm...I heard of somebody who was a driving supercharged car and a squirrel jumps in front of the road, he panicked and swerved lossing control of the car and crashed. And then a turbo'd car was driving in the same road when yet again another squirrel jumps in front of the road but he steps on the gas, turbo boost spike kicked in and ran over the squierrel flat. He survives and still drives his turbo'd car on the same roads all the time.

So I guess turbo is better.

BUT, the SC will maintain more stock like drive-ability instead of giving you a giant torque gain down low...unless your into that kind of thing.

These arguments are dumb. Either one can be spun and crashed
