Default suspension

I am in the market for a new set of coil overs, I have had jic magic flt a2s for a long time now and feel like I could get more out of my car with something different, from what I have gathered its better to be soft in the rear so the car can squat a little, I still wanna be able to take turns, but with my power level I'll be honest this is pretty much a straight line car at this point, so lets hear some suggestions please, i dont wanna buy a drag suspension set up, this is still a street car

what about just getting a full coilover that is completely adjustable. then you can loosen up the rears when you go drag racing? i run the tein RA. kinda wish i could use there cool controller. only works on the flex setup though

I believe running mismatched coilovers between the front and the back is a little risky for street driving. Straight line at the track would be fine to throw the stockers in the back.

Close to stock spring rates are probably going to be the best compromise, then use the compression adjustment to dial in how much weight transfer the car will experience from your driving inputs. Another option I think would be least compromising though, would be to go with a softer then stock spring rate, more ideal for drag, and then up the rate on the sway bars, this will allow the rear to squat more, wile keeping the lateral handling more controlled akin to stock or still improved, then damping adjustment is up to you, but regardless the damping needs to be set light enough for the coil spring to work and not slow down/lock up from inputs, or a soft spring rate still wont deliver. Maybe run the comp up higer for the street for more DD control, and dial back if you take to the 1/4.
