Default T4 turbo on T3 Manifold?

I traded my SC kit for a turbo setup and i want to upgrade to a larger turbo since my power goal is 600whp on E85, I currently have a S256 T3 .70A/R but i would like to go bigger on the A/R since i been told the .70 will hold me back. I want to stick with Borg turbos and all there T3 that i find are .70A/R. I was thinking of going with the new S256 FMW or the S300sx FMW 8375,but only come in a .70 for the T3s. I have a pfab ELT top mount mani and already contacted Pang to see if he could change the flange out and said he couldnt.
So now im thinking i could get a T3-T4 adapter plate to fit a T4 turbo on my mani.

Any one done this or know if its ok to do so?

Any Advice on a good turbo for street/drag that will get me to 600whp would help to.(really trying to stay with borg)
this stuff is making me

Thanks!

Okay. I do not reccomend or push you toward any of these methods. Obviously do at your own risk.

1. Find an adequate welder to cut the flange off and add a t4 on

2. Puerto Ricans in my area have welded t4 flanges over t3 ones. They set the flange ontop and weld away.

3. I think I am one of the only people to do this to an s2k manifold. I got this adaptor off ( diesel performance ) I think it was called. I had to get new hardware to make it work but the plate worked out great

Here's a pic. I got arp hardware from summit. The plate is 1"4 inch and actually provided me with way better cross member clearence (AFI manifold)

Being a pioneer with this flange on our kits..... You need to have a machinist take the flange and provide countersunk holes on the top half. They only come countersunk on the bottom. You'll see what I mean when you buy it.

The diesel power one is 1/4 inch. And. It is divided. Comes with gaskets as well.

that company can make any size... have you had any issues with it being only a 1/4" I would be worried about it cracking.....
