Default Taking the plunge

So, I will be taking my first hit off the boost crack pipe this week courtesy of Portland Speed Industries. They will be bolting on GReddy's AP2 kit onto my 06 DBW with Hondata providing the brains. Electing to upgrade to the ACT clutch at the same time, but still running the stock exhaust. Pics and results forthcoming

Looking forward to your result with the flashpro with the kit. Going with Flashpro instead of Emanager will save you a bunch of headache.

looking to touch 300hp. I have no idea what Jason will do with the tune out at PSI, but will post what I can find out. I don't think the kit comes with a BOV, so that may come later. If I am running modest boost (8-10lbs) will the lack of a BOV be a big problem?

i would run a bov. Buddy car installed the kit without the bov. Whenever you boost, you hear turbo surge which is not very good on the turbo. It will wear out the turbo fairly quick. However the kit was designed without a bov due to Smog reason but not sure how reliable that design is.

Its your call
