Nice upgrades, I've been running aem ems now for more than 20,000 miles daily driven. 50+ miles per day, have yet to have a problem. Plus I bought my system used. Most people who bash aem either have no experience with it or were tuned poorly. Good luck with your setup
there are plenty of good aem ems tuners in florida, and theres one of the best in jax, mase engineering. no reason to drop extra dollars for kpro unless you live in a state that does emmisions testing. krpo retains obd2 compliance. ap2 dbw cars is a tough thing to talk about though. i think kpro works better for those cars.
i love the power goals. ditch that log mani for a equal length and you will hit 500 on 93 pump
I love the AEM EMS, I've installed and tuned 3 so far, all daily drivers, all work no problem. as long as everything is tweaked right you'll be fine.
500whp will be fun, that's what I want to run once I get my kit

The AEM starts fine as long as you have enough battery voltage (don't bother with a PC680... they suck) and have the cold start tuned correctly. The AEM base map is WAY off on cold start. In warmer climates it shouldn't be an issue, but anywhere it freezes, it is. This also means that tuning cold start really well may require a few mornings of 0-30 degree weather.
If you've taken care of those two things, the AEM EMS should work just like stock.

the AEM is good if you know how to tune it.. you need lots of adjustments to make it run good. I always see it this way, Honda spent alot of time and money building their ECU, why would i buy a aftermarket one for. I think Hondata is a better way to go.. just my thought
