Test pipe CEL

I have a t1r test pipe and I just put on a supercharger today. I was just wondering if the CEL from the test pipe sends a signal to the ecu to make it run lean????

I just want to make sure I am not running lean until i cant get a O2 simulator and get it tuned

have u seen the thread about the mechanic O2 simulator using the spark plug non foulers?
