Default Thermostat?

I could use some input from you guys.
I wanted to know if once you installed your SC did you change the stock thermostat?
It's not that I'm running hot but just wanted to know.
Second, right now I running the IK-22 plugs would you guys recomend something else?
Thank for the help......

I've never messed with the stock thermostat. Never had an issue with running hot. Coolant temp has not been any different than before the supercharger.
IK-22s are the stock heat range. You should be using one heat range colder. Many people went with IK-24s but have since discovered that these plugs are not the best thing for F.I. as some have found a high rpm miss with them once they get a bit older.
Many have gone to NGK copper racing plugs 7273. These need to be checked often and changed if necessary (3000 to 5000 miles). Of course any plug used for supercharger duty need to have reduce gap.

I installed the coldest thermostat (spoon) years ago before going supercharged and never think about it. It does tend to run cool and only gets hot after extensive running at high ambient temperatures.

I've run the IK-22s, IK-24s and IK-27s and could descern no difference in daily driving with 13 lbs boost. As long as you gap the plugs correctly you will be fine as xviper said.

I'm currently running the IK-24s at 0.034 gap but any gap of 0.035 or less should work fine.

The most important thing to remember is to check the plugs for tightness after running them and torque to at least 18 lbft. I'm using 20 lbft and had one starting to loosen just last week after a couple thousand miles and two previous torque checks.
