my car is running at 220 at idle, 200 on highway in 85 degrees weather.

 

Something is wrong with your car then. (unless your on stock ECU and they turn on that high?)

My fans kick on at ~200F and the car NEVER gets hotter then that. My turbocharger is also water cooled so if anything I should have the hotter water (which I don't).

Make sure you rad fans are kicking on.

 

Is your reservoir at normal level? does it fill up and drain properly?
