And how does it affect the reliability. I mean I want to do at least 30 000 more miles on my car without any major engine rebuilt. Will it blow? lol

You should be fine with 10psi. I plan on going going 12psi on stock headgasket but with a 1200 blower.

I ran about 20,000miles on stock CR boostin 12psi through a Novi 1000 and 14psi through a Novi 1500.

No issues.

I think the rear end is OK if you don't launch. You just may wait for it to break and then get a new ap2 housing or rear with reinforcement or puddy rear.

Stock Compression under 500whp genrally. Push it further if your running race fuel, e85 or water/meth injection.

Definitely stock head gasket. 10 psi will put you around 365whp or so. Can go quite a bit higher on stock compression without issues.
