Thinking of spinning the vortech blower to 15 psi.
The BLV is just a spring holding a plastic ball against an open hole. It stays closed until the boost pressure inside overcomes the spring pressure, and then the air forces its way out. Super simple. Mine's just screwed in too tight and isn't opening yet.
From interpolating the graph, it looks like 5psi @5,000rpm. And very little boost @3,500, probably 1psi or less. It's night and day different than stock, and is great around town. A turbo would still make more down low, but this is finally enough to make me happy.

Guys I figured I would bring this thread back. I just bought the BLV from 928 motorsports. I will be running the 3.0" pulley and limiting the boost to 12 psi. I will also be installing a CAI like what TO installed. I will post up results next week.
