FWIW, Iv'e got some Dyno sheets on a turbo car with a painted intercooler. It still hit 500+.

 

I'll look into colouring it. I really like the dark maw look of the front of the S and would not want to lose it.

My IC is set back pretty far. I had to modify the AC dryer bracket so it mounted further back. Hopefully I won't have to remove the grill slats when I reinstall the front bar.
