Tilton Twin Disc Clutch
i recently bought a turbo s2k with a tilton twin disc clutch. The previous owner only dove the car on nice weekends. Im going to be driving the car more and am looking for a more friendly streetable clutch that can still with stand the power of the turbo (7-9psi). Im not real familiar with manual cars but would i be able to sell the tilton if i got a new one?
There are all sorts of higher spec but still streetable clutches available. Check out Hardtopguy.com.for a good option. I expect you will need flywheel, friction disk, pressure plate and throw out bearing.
i really havnt got a set price right now. the clutch is in the car now, its just more than i need for daily driving, i figured someone could get better use out of it than i could. so if i get a good offer from someone ill take it out and buy another clutch, but right now i dont really have the money to buy another clutch unless i can sell this one.
here is a website with original selling price and some general info
