I had a bit of free time at work today and found the below image



For those of you that are not familiar with RH9. It's a club in Japan for owners with registered car, street tyres with a 9sec quarter mile run.

When did topfuel bag the 9 sec quarter mile run?

Has anyone got video?

The "RH9" is for the tuning shop Top Fuel, they are a RH9 member. They've built cars run in the 9s and lower, just not specifically this car.

 

Nah I think they have more class than that. Please tell me that aint so.
The car is capable of the 9.

Otherwise I will just run a 9 in my GTR and stick the same sticker on my S2000

 

Capable and actually running 9 seconds is completly different...


Sounds like JDM tuner BS to me

 

With all that CF they should be able to push it down the track in 9 secs...

 

Yeah it's just a different "want"

Something like 700+ps, 1050kg, Hewland sequential gearbox, ?Sach suspension.......I would assume there is a lot of want

It would be nice to see how quick they go in the straight compare to others.
