Default Total loss of VTEC

Need some help with diagnosing car, here’s the back story:

I got on the dyno and the car was doing well but for some weird ass reason the fuel pressure was dropping like crazy. Turns out In the hangar the hose partially slipped off and it wasn’t holding pressure. I fixed that within an hour. Waited like 2 more hours for other cars to tune and hopped back on. Everything was promising until RANDOMLY vtec completely stopped working. I tested the solenoid and it worked just fine. So I snipped the clips off the solenoid connector and instead butt spliced them together. Still absolutely no luck. Took apart my hondata ecu and it looked fine. Right now i only really have one idea as for what could be wrong. The vtec signal wire might be cut or melted or unplugged somewhere but I have no idea where or how

I tested the continuity of the solenoid, it works
I tested the vtec solenoid and it clicks
I replaced the vtec solenoid with another one, still no luck
I checked all my fuses, no luck
I have 80+ psi of oil pressure
My ecu looks fine with no char marks

Vtec is set to 4800rpm. The moment the car is under load and vtec tries to come on the car instantly falls on its face.

Suggestions?

I can send the Kpro map if needed. I’m completely lost as to what I need to do.

Does the kpro software have a gauge or icon to indicate if vtec is active? Thatd be a start

Do you have a log with the problem happening? I can take a look if you want.

Did you test the solenoid at the solenoid or at the ECU?

If you only tested at the solenoid I would run a test wire from the ecu vtec output to the solenoid just to rule out the wiring harness.

There have been a few people that gave had the vtec wire char and disintegrate inside the wire sheathing.

I've got a short log and the tune and checked over it, there is a few things that seems a bit questionable.
It doesn't mean it have anything to do with your problem but I mention them anyways.
Closed loop is disabled.
Knock sensor is disabled.
2000cc injectors, overall fuel trim is at +40% and cranking fuel trim is at +20%
Analog6 input is setup for an AEM wideband, but it reads full rich the whole (only 5s) log, even with 0% TPS.
Analog7 shows varying voltage but there is no sensor setup for that input in the calibration.

The log shows VTEC activates at 4900rpm just like it's setup to do but it drops out just a soon because TPS and rpm drops.
