Something happened to me the same but i got little damage. My thing was totally different and its a 100Mp/h and the reason was...my brand new Honda filter-the rubber ring on it blew,than sprayed a hole lot of oil under the car, when i started spining,from the oil on my tires,and before that my car got filled with thick white smoke so i couldnt see anything and where i was going and than i floored the Brakes but no luck and went on the merry go round maybe 6-7 times...didn't roll out just went trough the grass in the opposite direction lane and by some miracle(thanks god) in that speed i went between 2 Metal Light poles that light the Road.. and when you look the tread marks i missed the first pole by an inch and also the second by an inch..
My car was still running, i turned it off,got hell lot of oil on the road and when i opened the hood the HEADER started burning fire from the oil spray and i took it out..
After that the damage was little i only changed a slightly bent rear lower arm..

And also my differential locked(when it broke) too but it was like 10-20 mile speed so no major accident.

that sucks dude!

i know you've prolly heard it before, but don't let one freak accident scare you away too bad from performance stuff. with anything there are risks. in this situation, a stck car could have done the same thing.

 

Could be the differential then??????

what diff wereyou using? I hope u find out what happened so we all know what to keep an eye on.

Sorry to hear/see this! Glad no one is seriously injured! Pretty sure your car is easily fixed just gonna take a little more cash! dont scrap it! Good body shops out there!

 

Sorry that happened dude. My cousin built a 69 Jaguar in texas and he put a big block 427 in it. Everything was brand new, he had 100 grand into the car. He flew from san francisco to texas to test drive the car. The mechanic was in the passenger seat and they got on the freeway and he saw a mercedes and decided to give him a little taste of the power. He said he went half throttle and the car 360 and slammed the passenger into the side rail. The car was totalled. He drove it 5 miles. Get well and get back on the road. HC

 

DAMN..................dood... im about 300miles away form 100k... i just replaced everything from the tranny on back...

i can only say that i'm glad your hear to tell your story... people can be more unfortunate and the fact your here... someone is watching over you... she's just a car... pride is pride and feelings can change for the better. your here, thats the best part.

you'll be back again....with something tremendous... dont give up and certainly dont shy away... things happen for a reason... and sometimes we will never know why...
