Default Trackforged Turbo Kit Owners

Hello All,

I have a few questions for those who have a trackforged turbo Kit.

1. How close is your down pipe to your manifold ? mine is really close and I'm just afraid over time it will crack from the vibration.

2. How close is your down pipe to the ground ? mine is about 2 inches of the ground and im scraping it pretty much everywhere.

3. How much power did you make ? I made 510WHP @ 16PSi which seems a little high

Set up

Trackforged full turbo kit
Fullblown 340 fuel pump
ID1000
Trackforged cut out
Stock Motor

That downpipe is way too low, and if you intend on keeping it I'd really recommend getting that wrap locked down/tightened properly.

Is your car lowered or stock height? From the picture it almost looks like you're missing an exhaust hanger, but I'm unsure if there's one that goes there.

My car is lowered on Tein springs. The down pipe is connected to the cut out (test pipe) so no exhaust hangers.

There are no hangers in that area for the exhaust. It's a 3" downpipe, its going to hang a bit low. I'm at stock height and have to be very careful going over speedbumps with my Ptuning kit, which sits about as low as your downpipe.

The exhaust shouldn't hang down THAT low. Mine is pretty much even the frame rails, so it isn't the first thing to make contact. I avoid speedbumps anyway lol.

The downpipe will be close to the manifold with any front facing design like that. As long as their are a few mm of clearance and the downpipe has a flex section.

I'm more concern with how low the down pipe is sitting. I Tried rotating the pipe etc since its vband but that didn't really help much.

I'm on pump gas 93

Tuner website shows dynapack evolution 3000

I run the track forged manifold. I actually actually had the downside made myself so I'm not running the track forged down pipe. My down pipe does come very close to the manifold. Buy my down pipe has way more ground clearance than yours. Looks like your down pipe is way too low. You should probably take it to a good fabricator and have it moved so that it hugs the frame better so you can have more ground clearance.

My Dyno is in my signature. But I made 477whp on 91 octane and 621whp on e85 with a built 2.4 stroker. And I made 442whp on 91 octane with the stock f20c. This was all on a Garrett gtx3576r turbo.
