TTS dissapointed
I don't think the issue is him waiting for a solid product. The issue is the lack of communication from the vendor. Communication was fine before he purchased anything. After the purchase, communication to the whereabouts of his kit have dimisnished. A simple email update from TTS for peace of mind is all he is really asking for. And IMHO, he's really not asking for that much.

i think the option of file a claim .. but honestly .. i REALLY want this kit .... tomorrow a friend will call TTS and speak for me ( his english its very good) and see what hapen with this ...
i know richard its in the game for a long time and he is a very good guy ... but if ANYTHING happend he can send me an email with news about any problem.

I think maybe the only person which knowledge at TTS is on holiday?

I am sorry to say the emails you say you have sent don't correspond with the number of emails we have seen. BUT I have to say that it is unusual for our responses to be slow. You have spoken to Paul and as he confirmed unfortunately the Fabrication shop is back logged (check my TTS Performance Tuning Facebook, I am actively increasing our staff levels to try and meet an overwhelming demand). We have been hit by the recession abating and huge increase in demand, plus staff sickness and holidays. On saying all this I unreservedly apologise for keeping you waiting. The kit is now complete and is being shipped to Florida tomorrow. TWO WEEKS LATE
