That's brilliant numbers mate, my tuner at the time tried to squeeze as much as possible out of it but we never got there on the 3.2".

Yep I was using the 1200 on 13psi maxed out. As I wanted more power but no belt slip I went with TTS. The torque would never be there with the novi either. Thank you
13psi isnt close to maxing out that blower. Sounds like you had issues for sure. I think if you were running the same boost on the 1200 as you are the TTS kit, you would see every bit of what your currently making. Not taking anything away from TTS, their kit delivers, just find your situation a bit unorthodox. Running the proper size belt and tension, I don’t have any problem spinning a 3.2” pulley making 16+ psi on the 1200.

If im not mistaken, “ILovemyHonda” made dynojet 585whp/360trq on a 1200 running E85.

Umm..I believe it was 511whp on the 1200 and the higher on the 1500. Before any of the "other" mods. ...unless I missed something...

May have been, but I thought it was higher then that on the 1200. He made over 600 with the 1500. Was like 620 something. The 1500 at its peak only puts out 50 cfm more then the 1200 blower fyi, so around 580whp/1200 would coincide with that.

Sorry I meant max out the power from the pulley I was using. I'm just conveying what my tuner back then said, and they started talking about the rotrex supercharger and had me intrigued.

I do however recall reading somewhere the struggle of some to hit over the 450whp mark with the SOS stg 2 kit. My belt wasn't slipping and we only saw 13psi so I decided to try something new which got me there in the end so no harm done

Ok...cool. Either way he's made a ridiculous amount of power on a stock block with a supercharger!

You cant get hung up on stages, if you want the most from the blower your running, you max it out, just like you have done here with the TTS kit. My only point here is a new pulley and tune is a hhhhell of a lot cheaper then scrapping the kit entirely and investing in a whole new one, which would have yielded you much the same had you actually maxed out the previous. Glad you were able to get what you wanted the second time around, just an expensive road to take.
