Have you noticed on the power graphs had the written bhp is in RED and refers to the lower power figure of 546 bhp but the BLUE run (when we squeezed the regulator up and got better afr) is at 585 bhp. I was still running to lean at the top end hence it still nosing over, it was on its way to way over 600bhp with more fuel.

I'm impressed by those numbers. I'm floored those were with a stock cat. I was hoping to get close to your numbers this winter with my aftercooler upgrade. I have a test pipe, but I may try it with the stock cat now. Have you looked at your cat recently since being boosted? I'm curious how long a stock cat can take this type of punishment. That's a quite a bit of heat, pressure, and flow through 2.5 inches.

I have, sorry I forgot to mention, I had some flimsy backyard a custom HFC in there by the previous owner that lasted 700kms under this load, so changed to the stock cat which seems to be holding well. I guess time will tell!

This missed my eye actually haha!!

We gained 5rwkw after converting the fuel system. Did you have any tips to add more fuel? hope your well!

OP Do you know what your injector duty was for these runs? I'm just curious if 1300cc injectors is enough injector for this setup.

^^^...Yea me too. I have the AEM 320lph E85 pump and ID1000's. Curious to know if that is enough for E85 at 16.5psi.

They are just enough with a full return system and a boost sensitive FPR. When I set Josh's car up at SAS's dyno we had a stock late dead head system and a Walbro 460 in tank pump and it was running short at the top end (the red graph) Squeezing the reg gave me another 1bar of fuel pressure and made the blue run but she was still short right at the top end as you can see it was still nosing over. Josh now has the return system in and has gained another 5 KW. The Dyno Dynamics rolling road is considerably more pessimistic then a Dynojet. So if you get it right 1300cc is good enough and this still gives a good idle. Going bigger will possibly make idle more difficult, may have to go for 1200 rpm. Josh has quite a restrictive exhaust, if you go decat and racier exhaust you will definately need at least a bigger pump and 6 bar pressure, you may need SOS's best set up.

Up the fuel pressure another 1/2 bar. It may alter your idle but its closed loop so it should be OK. Worth a try.

I'm doing well thanks. Sales are way up

Good to hear TTS is doing well. My modding budget has mostly been spent this year but I hope to add to the TTS sales next year. Hopefully there will be enough people to maybe run another group buy.

I'm adding a ScienceofSpeed High Flow Surge Tank this winter so I'm interested in fuel setups. So from what you saying the 1,300cc is enough injector for the OP but just barely? I prefer ID injectors but it's too bad ID doesn't make an injector between the 1300cc and the 2000cc. How are DeatschWerks 1,500cc? I was also planning on using a AEM 320 pump, but by the sounds of it that isn't going to be enough up top if I'm looking for similar results as the OP.

These TTS chargers are putting out some insane powerbands. Not only just the raw output even with a stock exhaust, but that HP/torque curve is amazingly smooth...

Awesome setup man!
