Whether its safe or not is for a different discussion. Whether you can make 392 whp on 550 cc injectors, I think you can. I believe someone on this board made 322 whp on stock, 360 cc injectors. Maybe that was at 100 % duty cycle, and maybe the 392 whp was at 100 % duty cycle. That too is for a different discussion. I have no reason to doubt his posted numbers. When someone takes his car to have it tuned and dyno'd, there is no reason to doubt the print out. Maybe the dyno is off a little, but variations from dyno to dyno are to be expected.
One more thing.........If you look at his pictures he does not have a FPR. So how did he get the fuel pressure to max out those injectors for 392 whp at 7 psi?

With the stock fuel pressure of 47 psi and if it's a 1:1 FPR (Not sure) he will be at 54 psi fuel pressure with 7 psi boost and he can only achieve max of about 330 whp with 550cc injectors at 100% duty cycle. I just did the complete calculation and it doesn't lie.

There is no way in h@ll he is making that much power with his setup and at that amount of boost.

Maybe Darryl from UR or Ya from Inline can chime in on this one and clarify it all.

havnt the lovefab kits made 360+ whp on 6 or 7 psi on the AP1? how is another 35 hp such a huge deal? A well flowing exhaust and great cold air source along with tuning should be able to make up that difference, plus the extra displacement of the 2.2

Because the fuel math does not work with stock fuel pressure and 550cc injectors for that boost level and the amount of power he shows on his dyno sheet -- that's why.

so what type of fuel math would be nessisary to run those numbers? What fuel pressure and what injectors?

(addtionally isnt it possible for different brand injectors to have a variance in output? I have seen this in the case of oem domestic injectors vs aftermarket)

instead of hating and calling BS you guys should try and explore all possibilties. Because I am sure there IS a reason why he achived these numbers. Hell maybe he forgot to add in his mod list a FPR or something Or got his injector sizing wrong :/
