Tuned today inlinepro
inlinepro kit
precision sc61 turbo
2.5 inch charge pipes
precision 600 intercooler
650cc injectors
3inch exhaust very free flowing
fuel pump 255 walbro
bkr7e spark plugs gapped at 1mm
3mm hg arp studs
the numbers
10psi 305.05 power 200.20 torque
12psi 329.60 power 219.93 torque
Torque looks good but the hp numbers look weak.
There is no significant jump at vtec fairly flat curve.
105ish whp at 4000 rpms to 330 at around 8300 where the power fell off.
Anything I should think of??? or could this be what it is...

I dont think that looks that bad at all. Couple lower compression with the somewhat restrictive Inline manifold and the setup ends up requiring more manifold pressure to reach the same numbers.
Keep in mind that the manifold pressure doesn't create your power, it is simply a result of the particular amount of air going through your engine and the backpressure due to the turbine manifold, turbine, and exhaust. If you extrapolate your numbers and estimate the power you'd make at 18 psi, you would have about 405 rwhp, not far off from what I put down at 19 psi with a very restrictive exhaust.
In other words, turn up the boost.

This is also with 20w50 royal purple oil and after a fair amount of heat soak (It gets hot in Georgia). I also have a stock clutch, which is why we didn't goany further with the tuning. Funny thing is I am pretty satisfied with the numbers and the feel of the car. It will give me a little time to get used to this amount of power before I turn it up.

not bad considering you dropped your compression a lot, but what are your afrs?
at 6500 it goes to about 12.7 and holds there through to 8300.
