i'd like to hear your thoughts on why inline pro is a street kit............

j/k kinda

Back on topic.
For having a 3mm headgasket, your numbers seem fine. Once you get the new clutch and are ready to turn the boost up, you'll see around 400hp which is about right
InlinePro's base kit to me seems more like a street kit, and there's nothing wrong with that. The oil tap is at the drain bolt, the manifold doesn't flow like other tubulars, the charge pipe layout is awkward, which is perfectly fine at the same time. I hope you guys aren't getting defensive for no reason here - there is nothing wrong with the Inline kit and ChefJ's kit used to be mine.
It is a more reliable kit and the tradeoff is that you have to increase the boost pressure a good bit to get the same power numbers from another kit. That seems more like a "street kit" (whatever the hell that means) to me, despite it still having an external wg, bov, and open dumptube which would technically make it not streetable.
Again, there's nothing wrong with the kit and I would be happy if I had an Inline kit on my car (I've had to defend this position numerous times on this board from people being overly defensive before
).

My InlinePRO mani hasn't cracked and I highly doubt it ever will.
Having tuned (twice) on the same dyno with Spoolin who has the Lovefab GT1, I have some first hand observations.
His manifold makes about 20-21 whp per pound of boost. Mine makes about 15-16 whp per pound of boost. Granted we have different setups, but having tuned with him twice -- both of us with different setups each time -- these numbers still hold true.
To me, the difference is not huge enough for me to want to give up the reliability of the cast manifold. I'm running an InlinePRO built motor now so turning it up to make the power I want is not a problem.
And I'm not at all upset with 552 whp either.
So, to the OP, get with a good tuner and get your AFR's in line and turn that stuff up.

I would rather not get into any type of flame/debate war on this thread.
With a none ball bearing SC61, that does not sound that bad honestly. You can probably extract a little more with the right tuner, but I'd rather be safe than have a few more rwhp.
Tuning that out with higher boost should be fine AS LONG as the tuner knows whats going on. If thats what your tuner feels safe at, leave there anf go somewhere else.
Good luck man, and shoot me a PM or give me a call if you run into some problems.

Oh and Justen, I think I'm going to try to get an appointment with Ed Sempf (sp?) who tunes at Balanced. It's only $10 more an hour than Mainstream and he's tuned a lot of turbo S's.
If you'd be ready within the next few weeks I'd be down for trying to go in together. Let me know

No. I'm running the blue box. And Justin I called balanced or topspeed or wherever hes at and they said they were booked like 2 weeks out. The only people that could get me in were mainstream, which was fine because turbo Dave did the initial low cam tuning and I just wanted hime to finish it off. Sharif or some guy at another place has no wait but wants like 550 bucks and hasn't tuned an S. Our installer f***ed up the vacuum lines for the wastegate which is why Dave thought it wasn't going into vtec. It was allowing the pressure to go off at like 6 pounds and DAve also thinks the BOV is leaking and told me to pick up a Greddy type S.
I would love to tune with yo uin a couple of weeks. Set it up for whenever and I'll be there.

Does he have an AEM EMS with the kit you put together?
(the same one you helped me get fixed with AEM).Hopefully Ed will tune the Emanage. I will try and set up an appointment pretty soon. What's the ETA on your new clutch, or are you going to stick with the stock one for now? How's it holding up?
I'm sorry to hear about the vaccuum lines, did you let him know about that?
