For your power goals I'd just buy a used Greddy, people sale them all the time and upgrade to bigger kits and you can get a great price on one.

Also, turbo's and autocross really don't work well together. Superchargers work great, but turbo's build up too much heat. You'd need to add a really good oil cooler, a new radiator, vent your hood, fab up some heat shields to protect battery and fuse box under the hood etc.

that turbo will hit hard around 4500rpm with the .63 hotside. ideally you would want a smaller turbo for your power goals but this turbo will work fine, it will just lag a little more than say a straight 50 trim t3/t04e .63 hotside.

actually turbos and autocross work perfectly.....I mean any turbo car has to deal with heat. Autocross doesnt put a ton of stress on the turbo since your on and off the gas so much and its such a short run that the coolant temps should hardly move. he will be fine.

I live in ohio where there is curently no e-check and if it came back FIC's dont effect the emissions control is ways visiable to the curent level of scanning they use, the only problem i will have is if i were running no cat and i couldnt get the a close to stoichiometric level that would fail me, all though im pretty resorceful and im sure i could come up with a way to make it pass

if ur on a budget. dont do it!! save up at LEAST 8k then do the build.. you will always run into little problems with a turbo build on these cars
