Default Turbo build expectations

Alright guys. I've owned my 01 s2k for about a year and I've been piling up parts for my turbo build. Trying to find deals and slowly coming along as I have more important things happening like the house and engagement Anyway, here's what I have so far and what in thinking of picking up next.

Have:
Inline pro sidewinder T4 manifold
3" downpipe
S366 BW T4 turbo .91ar with bullseye
Tial 44mm wastegate
Precision 750 intercooler
Mase intercooler piping
2 HKS ssqv3 BOV
Boost controller

Need:
Oil filter relocation
Invidia Q300 dual
Making my mid pipe between cat back and downpipe
Competition stage 4 clutch
MAP sensor
Hondata k-pro
....other odds and ends I know I'm forgetting but will get them

My questions for your guys is:

With this setup, what would be a good power goal to has good spool and power? Was thinking 500whp would be a nice mark for me. I'm worried I'll have big lag though.

What parts on my list would or wouldn't you guys use? I want dual exhaust for sure. NO single. And my budget isn't unlimited so that's why it's taking awhile also. I want to do a quality build.

BTW...my car has 140k on a stock f20c. Doesn't burn oil and good compression. Seems to me best bet should be boost it and if motor ends up going, fix it then. If healthy don't touch it.

Thanks for your help!

What fuel? Pump gas 900-1300cc injectors and single pump I'd say 450ish and e85 depends on your injector setup.

Injectors are what you're missing as stated above, will help narrow max potential power output

Youll make 500whp with that set up on e85 and the right injectors.

Oops. Sorry. Was planning on running ID 1000cc injectors and an AEM 320 fuel pump. Can only run 93. No e85. It's just not available around here

Yeah. Also considering getting a twin scroll manifold and selling the one I have. Are there any issues with twin scroll on the s2k with that turbo? I know I'd need new downpipe and 2 wastegates. But would it be worth the change for better response? If so. What manifold do you recommend?

i dont think it would be worth the effort/money for the little bit of gain you would get regarding spool up time by going twin scroll. you would be better off getting a different turbo vs. manifold.
