inline pro is the shit. no doubt about it. speak to chris if you go with them, he is absolutely incredible, and i didnt even buy a kit yet!

deciding on a particular kit really depends on what your goals are. what kind of power do you want to make? are you going to install the kit yourself? how much are you willing to modify your car to prepare for the turbo?

shoot us more info and we'll help you out more!

We can't help unless we know what you want. Start with the questions below, and then we can give a bit better answer.

What do you want?
What are your goals?
How much do you have to spend?
Do you want something you could upgrade in the future?
Are emissions an issue?
Do you mind permanently modifying your car?
Is reliability a key concern?
How much work can you do yourself?
What is your knowledge/experience level with tuning/installing/turbo setups?

ok thank you for your feedback, to answer your questions, first i would like to see about 450 whp, and about 375 torque. I have about 7 to 8 thousand to spend however i would like to save a little if i can. I am pretty much just looking for a set turbo kit i dont plan to change the setup after the install. Emission arent a giant issue however will it be street legal with those numbers i am looking to get? the permanent mod doesnt concern me. reliability i would say is a key concern for me i dont want to be throwing my money away. I was planning to intall the turbo kit and then have a local shop tune it for me. i am not too familiar with the install, however i work with a master tech and a ase certified tech, i know they arent trained in this type of modification, however i think with all of our knowledge we will be able to manage. the tunning with be dont by a professional. thank you for feedback and i hope to get more of your feedback. thank you.

375 torque. you know this is an S2000. Torque cost WAY more than HP. but your HP number is easy

I would say an inline pro kit with one of there larger upgrade turbos like a gt35, it going to be closer to the 8K+ range cause you'll need a new clutch and exhuast set up.

For that budget, I agree. Inline Pro with a 3mm headgasket and a larger turbo is probably the way to go. You'll need to spend a few thousand just in tuning, install, and clutch. I'm not sure if you could even get a complete Full Race kit for that price. The 450 in horsepower shouldn't be too big of a deal, but the 375 in torque will be. I would guess that you'll be 100 ft-lb shy of that with an Inline Pro kit and a larger turbo.

ok thanks for that feedback. ok well if i was looking to spend no more than 6 grand, with decent numbers put up like 300 or more horse, and at least 220 torque all at the wheel, what complete kit including ems would you recommend if in existence.

I see these high horsepower numbers, but what does that mean if i only put out 250 torque at the wheel but 400+ horses. i am confused?

HP = (rpm x torque)/ 5252

let's do a very basic analysis and assume 275 ft lbs of torque at 8000 rpm

hp = (8000 x 275)/ 5252
hp = 419 hp

now let's take an example of a motor that doesn't rev so high with the same torque.. let's say 6000 rpm

hp = (6000 x 275)/ 5252
hp = 314 hp

the reason we make a lot of power with what seems like not that much torque is because of our high revving engines!
