turbo choice
Kraftwerks, Vortech, and Comptech
Boost is some what linear starting low at about 2000 RPM and ramping up to a set boost level (pulley size) at redline.
Addition of a little TQ down low (building with RPM) and good HP near redline.
Greddy turbo
Good Boost response and decent power at redline.
The kit has had its reported problems more so due to tuners not being knowledgeable with the ULT then the kit its self.
Power is limited to around 300-315 give or take due to turbo selection with stock exhaust however have seen close to 330 on a car that I sent a base map to in South AL; there are ppl trying to get more hp out of the kit but have not seen consistent results yet
INline Pro
Nice kit (one of the nicest turbo kits )and uses a properly sized turbo to hit in excess of 400hp.
Inline has multiple Turbo options based on your desired power.
However with larger power desires comes more turbo lag however most ppl are ok with that due to all the top end power
With that much power on tap a clutch/diff may need to be upgraded.
More suited for drag racing or all out Time attack type racing but there are many ppl using this kit on DD cars.
Stage one Tuning Supercharger kit .
( Eaton MP62 Supercharger just like the MP62 Eaton Miata superchargers)
( I am biased toward this kit since I have one on my car and I am one of the guys that has help develop the kit and tuning solutions.)
Excellent power numbers for such a low boost number (220wTq/330whp with 5.5 to 6.5 psi) and the TQ is instant if you put the throttle on the floor.
Power is upgradeable to just about 350-360whp (possibley more )
if one want to stay under the manufacture recommend max blower speed; 400whp is possible if one wants to over spin the blower but I would recommend water injection at that point.
I have not tested the higher (135mm) boost pulley... yet
Since this is a roots it is very easy to control the boost/power with the gas petal which makes this kit very drivable for AutoX, Track events such as DE, TT and Time attack, Can be Drag Raced ( top fuel use a large positive displacement supercharge much like this one),
The instant TQ/power makes the car a blast to daily drive since even at partial throttle there is added Tq down low. The SOT/SXM supercharger makes the S feel like a big Natural aspirated V6 motor.
I have said it before; this or that person will be biased toward one kit or another based on personal experience and his or her recommendation may or may not be the best suited for your given power levels or desires.
You really need to do your own research and come up with the FI option that is going to best suit your needs/desires. Be honest with your self and you should make the correct decision.
If you have any other questions about any kit feel free to ask away. There are plenty of very knowledgeable ppl on this forum.

Do you mind permanently modifying your car? no
Is reliability a key concern? very much so
How much work can you do yourself? have it done at a shop in dallas / ft worth area
What is your knowledge/experience level with tuning/installing/turbo setups? not much

Lol for 15k? I have an easy solution.
Put an Ls1 v8 in the car. 400hp, 400ftlbs with just a reflash, intake and custom exhaust(Which you will need to fit it in the car anyways)
Low mileage ls1 pullouts (With t56 transmission) run 4-5k. Call Hinson Supercars and they will help you, or your local shop, with what you need to put it all together. They will probably be the best place to get your motor mounts fabbed as well.
Total price, after all is said and done, probably 10-12k, cheaper if you sell your f20 pullout. You will have one of the most reliable high power setups in the world, and more torque than your little heart could ever desire.
Oh, and if you simply do a battery relocation, you wont upset the 50:50 balance of the car. Ls1 is about 350lbs vs a F20@ about 320lbs, adding a turbo or supercharger changes the cars balance about the same as the LS1 would.
