Quick question, which is the in and which is the out for the coolant line on the turbo. Or does it even matter

Sorry, I just saw this, yes I do believe they are -6.

I like your newest design, but I also think if you use the correct parts it will work just fine. Using highend fittings such as Aeroquips steel and stainless with thier heavy duty line you might have better luck.

I will update Thursday with the results, i'm using the same fitting for both sides feeding/draining.

you guy should see the old ss hose, it was toasted inside. No wonder it was leaking =/

That's a huge problem with the SS hoses. The outside heats up and the inside melts. From the outside they look fine, but they're leaking like crazy. Coolant leaks to my turbo actually cost me my stock motor...

Any suggestions for remedying this aside from extending how far lines are from the center housing?

I've seen people heatwrap the lines, but is there a cleaner way of going about this?
