These are OK, but mind you they will need quit a bit of work on them:welding bending and shaping into the right position to fit the hose.

The ones I made took me some time in order to get them at the right position so they would clear the manifold, engine block and chassis.

If poeple are still interested I can make those but there is no way I can compete with the price on Ebay.

This is how it looks on the car.

your setup is very nice, im going for something like that with mine as well. Gonna be a lot of cutting and welding. Then Ill paint em black similar to yours and be done with it. If I cant get my stuff to work I may contact you and I would be willing to spend a decent amount to have the piece of mind.

Wonder how aluminum tubing + -8 or -6AN hard line fittings and steel AN weld-on fittings on the block coolant hose barb & return line from filter heat exchanger would work.. I'm gonna give that a try
from Summit.
Earls 1/2" 10-ft aluminun hard line $13
-8 female & male hard line fittings $8 each
-6 to -8 reducer $5 each
-8 steel weld on $3 each

the engine & turbo are rigid, so the hard lines should be ok, or you can run a short flex AN line from the longer aluminum line section.

Well guys I have summed up the parts and work that I have to put into remaking those and it's not cheap, I have to pay for welding and bending as well.

Mind you that these are custom fit for the full Race manifold.
I can make a set ( 2 in total 180 deg and 90 deg) for 100$.
This is not ebay price, but this price hardly makes it worth the trouble, so if no one is interested that is fine as well.

Roi, what material would the hardlines be?

I've seen some made for the turbo miata's and I was hoping they are stainless like theirs.

Roi
That's a fair price for peace of mind and prefitted for my FR mani. God knows I've wasted more on less important stuff for my turbo setup....

It's made out of steel and the end fittings are brass.
I can also nickel plate it all for show and durability.
