Default Turbo, engine rebuild help

I did a compression test all cylinder avg 100 psi. Engine smokes bad.
i am turbo. At 15 psi.
i think its best to rebuild than swap engines.
i wanted to know the part list for a rebuild. My hp goal is 650ish.
right now all i can think of is this
Valve spring /retainer
Rods
Guides
Seals
Bearings
Gasket
Apr studs
Piston rings
if yall can help me out with something im missing or need and brands

thanks broskies

are you planning on building it yourself or having someone else do it?

Suggest you pull the motor out do a diagnosis and build from there. Bearings, retainers, pretty much most can all stay OEM as it’s actually preferred...I’d actually stay away from aftermarket unless absolutely necessary, as the f series engine is really strong in its stock form

You might find after your diagnosis that the block is gone and you’ll either need to replace it or go sleeved with an aftermarket piston/rod set.

either way it all sounds like a lot of money be prepared.

and find a good machinist and tuner...a guy you trust putting the engine back together as it’s not easy, and a guy who won’t blow it up with a shitty tune. But I’m sure you know.

i would recommend inline pro, their builds are great and a lot more reasonably priced than one would assume. Make it a f24 and call it a day. They have 2 signature builds... 700hp and 1100hp. They did mine 2 years ago and I was amazed at how well the car runs and it doesn’t burn a single drop of oil

Your low compression numbers could be many things.... including using a cheap tool. Its almost ALWAYS valve related as well.... rings and the FRM sleeves are pretty good, tough, and rarely give up.

I would first inspect the engine find out cause of "oil burn" if that's what it is, and low compression.

But Yes Jermey at INLINE is AMAZING! hes da man

I think the quality of their work is severely underrated and their builds start at the price of a new f22 block and can handle 700+ hp

its worth the money to have it done right the first time
