Turbo Installed, quick exhaust question
Hey guys,
Just had a question about my new setup. I used to run stock exhaust which is pretty much drone free. I was going to attempt to use my stock exhaust with my turbo setup but many recommended a aftermarket or custom exhaust due to the piping diameter. So i swapped my stock system with the on which came on the system. Its an apexi n1 single 3" exhaust with vibrant resonator. The car sounds nice from the outside but inside the car, between 3-5k, you hear a good amount of drone.
Would it beneficial for me to add antoher resonator to try to quiet it down. Im going to get it tuned today and wanted to ensure I had my setup ready before I got it tuned.
My other option is to add dynomat all over the trunk and interior but im not sure how much that helps. Also read someone using header wrap all over the exhaust but I was what if it rains? Would that mess up the exhaust?
