Default Turbo kit for 350rwhp with 91 octane?

Time to turbo the 2001 S2000 so I would like some advice from people who have been there, done that! I've already been down the SC road but I want to build this car with a turbo. Here are some vitals. Please let me know if my expectations are reasonable and if they aren't I will just leave it stock or buy an SC kit.

-I want to buy the best quality "kit" that money can buy. Think OEM fit and finish, top quality hardware, no expense spared. This doesn't mean that I want the most POWERFUL kit, because I don't, I just want top-quality components (TIAL, Garrett, Mugen, etc). One condition is that I want a "kit" because I don't have the time or energy to track down parts from 20 different people to make this work. I am happy to spend $10k on hardware if that is what it takes.

-I want to use 91 octane pump fuel to reach my desired power goal of approx 350rwhp (Dynojet = approx 400 crank HP). This will give me the power to weight # that I want. Can I do this with the stock C/R and lower boost or do I need to get a head gasket to drop the C/R and run more boost?

-I want the quickest spool possible for street driving and Auto-X. Since I don't want more than ~350rwhp there is no point in me buying a massive turbo that will make 5XXhp on race gas! I assume the turbo of choice will be a ball bearing unit from Garrett?

-I want a FMIC that isn't huge! No bling for me and I will paint the FMIC black to be more stealthy. Large FMICs block too much of the airflow to the rad which can be very bad on track lapping days!

-I want a turbo kit that comes with engine management designed and tuned to run my "package". I do not want to buy a turbo kit from ABC and then have to call XYZ to have the car tuned. Been there, done that....too much finger pointing when it comes to making the car run perfectly so I want one vendor to be responsible for the whole think. Think RUF for Porsche or RENNTECH for Mercedes.

-I want to keep the power (torque!) low enough so that I don't shred the transmission and diff and so that I don't need a silly on/off switch 6-puck clutch! What is the best street clutch for this type of application?

-I don't want the wastegate to dump out (far too loud)! It must route back into the downpipe.

-I want to get all the appropriate supporting hardware for this power level but I don't know what that hardware is. Maybe oil filter relocation kit, oil cooler, gauges, etc?

Sorry for the long post but I am trying to cover most of my bases right out of the gate so people can give me honest and accurate answers about the goals.

Your help and advice is greatly appreciated

Can I make it happen...

Greddy is not quite ready for prime time.

I am sure that the kit will be a great pnp option once the kinks are worked out, but many of the early adopters are struggling with issues.

Full-Race should meet all of your needs. Talk to Geoff about it. InlinePRO also makes a fantastic kit. Really cant go wrong with either.

That's just my 2 cents though. I am sure others will have other opinions. I have just personally had great experiences with both companies.

Best of luck!

Other than GReddy (Which, as stated, is not really up to par), there is always the Inline Pro kit. By far the most complete kit available. You stated you want low end torque, so you could upgrade from the turbos available in the kit, to a GT3071 or something similar. All that, and from what I understand with others, you will have a problematic free, very reliable (and fast!) turbo kit.

Based on what you described above...you need a supercharger again haha. That or just drop your car off at inline pro or ultimate-racing.

InlinePRO. There are no other options if near stock reliability is a concern. I wish I had an accurate statistic, but there is an alarmingly high percentage of cracked Full Race and Lovefab manifolds out there. A cast manifold is the only option for reliability. Period.

The deal-sealer is InlinePRO's service. Without a doubt, NO ONE supports there customers like Inline does. I've never seen anything like it in the tuner world.

And you can do it all for much less than 10K in hardware.

I'd say the Kraftwerks high boost kit will more than satisfy all of your goals!
