How long have you had that setup and what turbo did you go with?
i picked the car up from InlinePro on Feb 29, 2008. Since then i have put on 5692 miles exactly (just went and looked). i did the ball bearing upgrade to the 6176 turbo. Below are my mods that i can currently think of, i am sure i am missing something but you get the idea.

InlinePro Turbo Kit
Upgraded turbo to 61/76 BB
Oil filter relocation kit
1000cc injectors
Ball bearing coolant kit
Turbosmart 38mm wastegate
InlinePro Blowoff valve
InlinePro 800hp front mount intercooler

Stock block can take 500 hp - some say it'll take 600 but I wouldn't do it.

Inlinepro is probably the "best" choice overall. I went with Lovefab because the manifolds are great and make awesome power with much less boost. My 400 @11 psi is done with a gt30 series turbo with only a .62ar hotside. A gt35 with .82 would have given me even more peak - a testament to how much a manifold can make a difference.

But yeah, give Inlinepro some business - they're really nice guys
Actually the stock engine can handle about 700 hp or 600 whp which is about what I'm putting down. If you have a good safe tune, it will take it.

I am getting an s2k ( used to drive 04 Lexus IS300 Turbo ) and thinking of boosting s2k yet again if I buy one this summer. For those of you with boosted - mainly turbo - guys, how does the tranny hold up? I had V160 with my IS300 and held like a champ. I don't know about Honda trannys well. A nice 450whp s2k won't hurt in my taste

I've been running the stock engine like this for the past 6 months or probably 2500 miles and I beat on it quite a bit. I only have the 3mm Inline Pro headgasket and ARP headstuds, everything else is completely stock.

I have the Ultimate Racing kit with some upgrades like the LoveFab GT-1 manifold and things and 750 hp intercooler.

I am sure most of you will agree that boosting S2k is almost a plug-n-play these days, except the heat issue.

I have GT-1 kit and GT3076R with only 9psi, I got 409whp. The problem is the heat from manifolds and downpipes. It begins to melt the VTEC and oil sensor plugs. If you are using cast manifold from Inline, you probably need 18-20 psi to reach that level.

So, to the sake of safe boosting, I am on GT-1 at the moment.
