Default Turbo power with BFG KDW tires........

I have the BFG KDW 2 drag radials on my S and was wondering if anyone has used them.

How long will they last with 400 + whp?

I had them on my 500whp Mustang Cobra. If you don't hot rod them all the time you'll get some good wear out of them but as you can see there is not that much tread depth.

Thanks guys and you are right about the tread depth, it's pretty minimal.

im pretty sure you're the one who bought the iforged wheels

i personally would have steered away from 18's because you really cant fit anything with a decent sized sidewall....and 400+whp is deff. gunna spin those pretty damn easy which = not a lot of tread life!

I didn't have DR's, but my regular KDW2's handled 350whp with no problems. The difference when I went back to T1R's was huge as they just spun in 1st gear.

i disagree, from personal experience. 385whp but they stuck pretty good, and enless you have an inline pro rear, your not gonna wanna grip 100% anyways.

Have you thought about Toyo RA-1s? I know that Phil (Sideways) uses them and my intention is to get some in the near future.
