I have a Apex'i VAFC II will I need this with my turbo application? Also, does this unit do what I need to make my turbo run or is a Greddy E-manage neccessary? Please help me to come to a conclusion!

 

You really should read through the FAQ section and familiarize yourself with what it takes to do a turbo setup. That section includes several good threads written by people who went turbo and talks about the things they had to work out.
