Turbo S2000 06+ DBW AEM V2 Idle Issues
So I went to get tuned last weekend and they pretty much had to pull a ton of ignition to get the car to idle reasonably low still in the 2500's and 3K+ without pulling any ignition. If you didn't know the 06+ keeps the stock ecu for the DBW. They are blaming my hondata 4 bar map sensor conflicting with the stock ecu and aem fighting for map sensor values. I can't be the only person running this setup and having this much problems. I don't want to use flash pro since it doesn't have a flex fuel option.
07 Honda S2000
FIC 1650's
Hondata 4 Bar Map Sensor
Flex Fuel
Precision 6765
Synapse Forward Facing Manifold
3" open downpipe exits at axles
-8 Feed -6 Return (43.5 / 3 bar)
Tial 44 Wastegate
Tial 50 BOV
Dual Intank FB 340s
AEM V2
AEM Wideband
I'm seriously about to part out this car and either get an 04-05. They are also asking me to purchase a stock map sensor which I already have to solve the stock ecu issues. Then purchase an AEM 5 bar map sensor to wire directly into the AEM unit. I threw a stock aem base map and its idling at like 3k still. Shed some light please.
My last option is flashpro but I seriously want flex fuel.

Jin is correct, as is AEM.
The Series 2 for your car uses the factory ECU to control the throttle blade. With you changing the MAP sensor to a 4 bar, the signal is no longer reading what the factory ecu wants to see. Put in the stock MAP, and change the tune to a stock MAP sensor in the settings, and the problem should go away. Then you should do like Jin did, and add an external/2nd MAP sensor to read actual boost for the AEM, which is controlling the Fuel and ignition. Jin also has a MAP clamp so the factory ECU does not see boost, and freak out, trying to close the throttle body.
Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

Did u ever figured this out?? I recently got my tune today on Aem v2 DWB my08. My idle is at 1.5k and my afr goes back and for from 10-16 on cold start... It goes away and stays at 13.6-14 after 2-3 min of idle. When I turn it off it does the samething even though is already been warmed. My temp gauge don't work neither. Can anyone help?
