It's horrible for the s2k and not needed at all. Stock block can support up to 500ishwhp pump gas. That hg makes everything worse. No upside.

Agreed. 95% of the turbo setups I read up on that had the 3mm headgasket had nothing but problems with it. When Real Street was making 800hp on the stock block/head gasket, it proved the 3mm is a waste of time and just gives room for potential headaches. If you want extra security, get a new OEM gasket and talk to Full Blown about these h11/L19 headstuds

You never go 3mm head gasket just like you never go full retard. Using a thicker gasket is a bandaid to get around building a lower compression engine or using better fuel.
