350-400 RWTQ at somewhere between 18-20 psi of boost.
The best possible spool up possible!!! 5500-6000 is not even close to being acceptable! This is not a drag car, this is going to be my street/hwy monster.
Sounds like you need 4 more cylinders

Even 350FTLB's will be hard on a 2.0L on pump, but you could buy a 2.2L crank and send the block back to Laskey.
I don't really agree with that statement.
I've personally seen two cars locally do it without much problem on the 2.0 and both only ran 91 pump!

The first is Paul (Sarek) and he did it with a 30R 9:1 laskey motor, Full Race kit. 350/495 at 18.5 psi (Dyno Dynamics) and 390/543 at 19.5 (dynapack).

The other guy (I wont put his name because he doesn't like it out there on the boards) was running a 9:1 laskey motor, Lovefab GT1 kit, standard Garrett GT35R and hit 361/530 (Dynapack) and 350/524(Dyno Dynamics) at only 16-17 pounds of boost!

I definitely think that the Ptuning manifold will be VERY close as far as efficiency goes compared to these two manifolds.

Toan needs to put the 35R on Alan's car and turn the boost up to around 18 psi and see what is does... It wont hurt the motor, it's only a few dyno pulls.

[QUOTE=dsddcd,Oct 5 2010, 12:14 PM] Even 350FTLB's will be hard on a 2.0L on pump, but you could buy a 2.2L crank and send the block back to Laskey.

My money is still on a 6262 but you will have to verify you can get a VBand housing.

The 68mm turbine on the 3582 is a bit large based on your spool requirements.

In addition I would try and stick with a 0.63 A/R if you can.

Honestly, this is why i went the Divided 35r route, my car Spools violently quick. Anything short of 1st gear it spools Very quickly. I also peaked at 415 ft/lbs of Torque (Yes I have METH and run 93 Octane)

No, it does not Spool as Quickly as a 30r however one it gets going it Gets to 19psi QUICKLY, and really moves on the highway. So much so the car is the most fun in 6th gear
