Default turbo set up?

So i am picking up new (to me) S2k and looking to FI it. Ive decided on the inline pro set up. I want 425ish rwhp. This is NOT a daily driver. I'd like to make two maps for fuel/timing 1 for pump, 1 for say C12 (im sponsored by VP so i get CHEAP)

My questions are this (i build N/A bikes, excuse turbo retardation..lol)

1. To get 400+rwhp

1. Inline Pro Turbo Kit + AEM +BB upgrade will i need larger than supplied injectors? 675cc?

2. what clutch is good? I assume oem one wont hold up

3. i plan on a dual exit exhaust (looks) and cat bypass pipe.

4. i plan on also doing the Inline turbo .120" head gasket (ill be porting/polishing head myself once off)

5. what other mods to a bone stock motor would you add?

Again, this is a pleasure car that will get maybe 2-3000 miles a year, i have access to a dyno, and tuning. I am VERY mechanically inclined so know how to treat and take care of a motor. Just want HONEST 400-425 REAR wheel hp.

TIA guys!

Eric

*updated i meant 400rwhp

750cc would be better 880's would be perfect

competition stage 3 is a good clutch for that build

not gonna help.. go with a 3" single greater flow

HG will be all you need for the motor at this level of performance.

just the HG should be fine as far as compression goes.

IP kit, with either GT30R or GT35R turbo, 880cc injectors,a 3mm headgasket, either an ACT clutch or Competition clutch (stage 3 should hold fine which is 6 puck sprung design), and a non-restrictive dual exhaust (kind of an oxymoron) and you'll hit ~415rwhp ish on pump gas and over 500rwhp on race gas.

Save yourself a boatload of money and buy my car instead!

1. I'd recommend a GT30R to get 400 rwhp.
2. 675 injectors are just fine for that power level.
3. Inline uses Competition Clutches and they are quite nice. I have the stage 3 setup and it is very stout, yet drivable. Holding almost 300 rwtq with ease.
4. You will make more power with a large diameter dual or single, but I made 405 rwhp with an uber-restrictive HKS Hi-Power dual. The car sounds great and is reasonably quiet.
5. The 3mm headgasket is standard operating procesure for higher levels of boost on this engine.
6. HG and all of the supporting options for the inline kit should be all that you need. Check my link to see what I did to reach 400 rwhp.
