hi all been driving a all motor h22 for a while but now...
Im starting to peice my turbo set up for my ap1 i have most of the parts but i now need to know which size turbo to use, im a newb when it comes to turbos and s2000's...

im plannning on running up 14 to 16 psi and have around 420whp

t3/t4? gt30 series t66? what?

If that's all you want, a GT30R with 650's or 750's should get you there.

I was getting 321whp @ 15psi with a T3/T4 with 8.8:1 compression and was not 100% satisfied so I am having my GT35R setup built right now. I am hoping to get 400whp+ @ 15-16psi.

 

What?! I'm at 6.2 psi conservatively tuned and am at 332 whp and 217 lbft of tq. But that's at 11:1 compression. I should be at around 450 whp at 13 psi once I go to 10:1 compression and with my T3/T4 60-1 turbo.
I wonder why your numbers are so low? You should be real close to 450 whp if tuned right on 9:1 compression and at 15 to 16 psi if you have a good manifold and setup.

 

I would use gt30r or gt35r
